Schenectady, N.Y., September 6, 2017 – The Galesi Group today celebrated a development milestone with a ‘topping-off’ ceremony as the last steel beam was put in place at One Harbor Center at Mohawk Harbor.
One Harbor Center is a $27 million office and retail complex with 13,000 square feet of retail and 26,000 square feet of office space. Now that the steel frame of the building is complete, final construction will wrap-up in the next few months.
The Mohawk Harbor development also is home to the Rivers Casino & Resort, the Landing Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, River House apartment complex and a hike/bike trail along a 1.5 mile waterfront path.
A companion building, Two Harbor Center with 65,845 square feet of space, will be completed this year.
