Schenectady, NY (May 1, 2019) – Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady is thrilled to announce the performance lineup for Harbor Jam 2019 – its free summer concert series – at the Mohawk Harbor Amphitheater, which was voted #1 “Live Performance Venue” by Daily Gazette readers.
Last summer’s inaugural Harbor Jam concert series was a huge hit with Capital Region concertgoers and received stellar reviews for its diverse musical lineup and spectacular outdoor setting on Schenectady’s revitalized waterfront.
“Our first Harbor Jam summer concert series was a big success and it was an easy decision to bring it back again this year,” said Rivers Casino & Resort acting General Manager, Justin Moore. “Along with our fantastic Harbor Jam sponsors, we wanted to continue to bring top quality entertainment to the Capital Region, and we think we’ve succeeded in doing that again with this summer’s exciting Harbor Jam 2019 musical lineup.”
This summer’s Harbor Jam performance lineup features headliners AMBROSIA, John Waite, John Cafferty & The Beaver Brown Band, The Georgia Satellites, The Lords of 52nd Street, and some of the country’s top tribute bands playing the music of Boston, Styx, and Crosby, Stills & Nash.
Harbor Jam begins Saturday, July 6 and runs until August 17, with a concert every Saturday at 6 p.m. The concert series is being sponsored by Druthers Brewing Company, Albany Broadcasting Company (WYJB/B-95.5), General Electric, The Galesi Group, Proctors Theater, Discover Schenectady, Downtown Schenectady Improvement Corporation, Mercury Screenprinting, and DeCrescente Distributing Company.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase and provided by Rivers Casino & Resort, Druthers Brewing Company, Schenectady County Community College, Flavors of Lebanon, and Schenectady Ale Trail.
There are no age restrictions to attend Harbor Jam. Concertgoers are welcome to bring chairs and blankets for seating. All concerts are rain or shine; there will be no rain dates scheduled.
