Bountiful Bread to Open New Location in Schenectady
(Schenectady, N.Y.) –– Re4orm Architecture, developers of the Mill Artisan District Project, and White
Management, announced today at the VIP Hard Hat Tour of the property, that Bountiful Bread will be the first
tenant to rent space in the new development project located in the Mill Artisan District of Lower State Street in
Schenectady.
Bountiful Bread will be among other eateries such as a wood fired pizza concept and others yet to be
announced, that demonstrate Mill Lane’s truly mixed-use appeal. In addition to these restaurants, Mill Lane will
feature residential options, retail, business, manufacturing, as well as social and academic spaces. Bountiful
Bread will also house wholesale bread and pastry production in the downstairs space.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled to bring such a significant brand to the project,” said JT Pollard, Founder of
Re4orm Architecture. “Bountiful Bread will enhance the chemistry of local food and beverage, acting as a
driver to the overall site, and to Schenectady city as a whole.”
“We have been scouting a new location for an additional Bountiful Bread location for some time, and we found
the ideal spot within this new development in Schenectady,” said Brian White, Vice President of White
Management. “We are excited to embrace the resurgence of Schenectady and the local food and beverage
climate of the area.”
Bountiful Bread, with its first location in Stuyvesant Plaza, is one of many full-service restaurants owned by
