Frogtoberfest coming to Schenectady on October 5th
[SCHENECTADY, NY, September 13, 2019] Frog Alley Brewing Company announced today that it will be hosting the inaugural FROGTOBERFEST on Saturday October 5, 2019 from Noon6pm in the outdoor event space behind the brewery. In addition to quality locally crafted beer, Frogtoberfest will feature over 4 hours of live music from local band Milington, Americana Newgrass regional powerhouse Floodwood and “Northern Rock” pioneers Eastbound Jesus. Attendees will also be able to enjoy an array of local vendors and food trucks as well as have the chance to be the first to try a new, limited release Frog Alley beer.“We are excited to be able to host an event of this magnitude as we round out our first full year in business. We see Frogtoberfest and the other large events we are planning as critical components of our commitment to bringing more people into Downtown Schenectady.” said JT Pollard, Owner of Frog Alley Brewing Company and the developer behind the Mill Lane revitalization project. Pollard added, “We are particularly excited to be releasing a special new beer at this event and showcasing three great bands.”
Tickets purchased in advance are $12 and include a Limited Edition Frog Alley Stainless Steel Pint Glass. The day of the event tickets can be purchased for $20 at the door. For those who do not drink beer there will be wine, cocktails, water and soft drinks available for purchase. Only cash will be accepted at the event and there will be an ATM on site.
Frog Alley Brewing Company is a locally owned brewery and taproom that serves as the cornerstone of the Mill Lane revitalization project in Downtown Schenectady, NY. Frog Alley
