February 12, 2020Amy Sonder2

Schenectady, N.Y., February 12, 2020 –The Galesi Group today announced another new office tenant for Mohawk Harbor, Schenectady’s 60-acre, $550 million waterfront development. Chilled Media, a full service media and marketing company dedicated to the beer, wine and spirits industry, will open an office at Mohawk Harbor.

The company publishes Chilled Magazine, which features all things related to the bar industry. The Advanced Mixology section highlights the latest in industry trends and the hottest new cocktails that bartenders are creating around the country. Also featured are drink submissions by bartenders, mixologists and readers. The magazine includes articles from master mixologists and informative pieces on liquor, beer, wine and champagne from expert contributors. There is also the latest information on cocktail and food pairings. Chilled Magazine is available in print and digital editions, and has a strong online and social media presence. Chilled Media was founded by Anthony Graziano in 2007. Mr. Graziano is also the owner and operator of The Shaker & Vine, a self-serve wine bar and restaurant located at Mohawk Harbor. The Shaker & Vine is currently expanding its footprint at the harbor and is offering outdoor igloos to patrons who want to continue to enjoy the waterfront deck all year long. “We are enjoying Mohawk Harbor so much that I decided to expand my media company and magazine here as well,” said Anthony Graziano. “As we expand The Shaker & Vine, I decided it was also a good move to expand our media-related companies to Schenectady.”

David Buicko, Galesi Group CEO said, “Anthony and his team have been a great addition to our growing waterfront community. We are excited about Chilled Media’s decision to open an office at Mohawk Harbor.”

The new Schenectady location for Chilled Media will look to fill five to ten full and part-time employees within the next year.
Mohawk Harbor features a 1.5 mile waterfront, two hotels, two office buildings, restaurants, Rivers Casino & Resort, bike and hike trails, a marina, an amphitheater as well as new apartments and town homes. It is one of the largest waterfront developments in Upstate New York.
