Schenectady, N.Y., April 2, 2019 — Beekman 1802, one of the nation’s fastest-growing consumer brands, is moving its annual Beekman 1802 Warehouse Sale to Schenectady’s Mohawk Harbor. The event, which will be held on Friday, May 3, Saturday, May 4 and Sunday, May 5, is Beekman 1802’s biggest sale of the year, attracting thousands of shoppers seeking amazing offers on the company’s full line of gifts and health and beauty products.
“We couldn’t be happier to bring Beekman 1802’s Warehouse Sale to Schenectady,” said Brent Ridge and Josh Kilmer-Purcell, co-founders of Beekman 1802. “Our annual event is an opportunity for us to introduce new and returning customers to the biggest sales on some of our most popular products. We’ve been planning this event for months and can’t wait to share all of the surprises we have in store!”
The Beekman 1802 Warehouse Sale is an annual event that offers up to 75% off the company’s vast array of gifts, beauty products, and more. The event will be held between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Friday, May 3, Saturday, May 4 and Sunday, May 5. In addition to shopping, visitors will have the opportunity to visit local food trucks and vendors. And, by pre-registering for a Fast Pass, visitors can get a free tote, a free hand salve ($20 value) AND bypass the lines to enter the sale.
“The Beekman Boys have incredible reach and an extremely loyal customer base,” said Schenectady Mayor Gary McCarthy. “We are very excited to bring the Beekman 1802 Warehouse Sale to Schenectady. This is a must-see event and we look forward to welcoming Beekman 1802 fans to Mohawk Harbor.”
Beekman 1802 recently moved into a new corporate headquarters at Mohawk Harbor in Schenectady.
The company’s health and beauty products are now available in more than 50,000 hotel rooms across the U.S. and the Beekman Boys frequently sell out of their wildly popular products on the Home Shopping Network.
“It was clear from our first meeting with the Brent and Josh that they had created something very special in Beekman 1802 and had every intention of taking their company to the next level as a leading national brand,” said Ray Gillen, Chair of the Schenectady County Metroplex Development Authority. “We were thrilled to be selected as the new home for the company’s headquarters and we are very excited to host the warehouse sale.”
The third-annual Beekman 1802 Warehouse Sale will be held at 220 Harborside Drive at Mohawk Harbor. Beekman 1802 is offering a Fast Pass that will allow customers to skip lines. Fast Passes are available on the company’s website at Beekman1802.com.

About Beekman 1802
After taking in a neighboring farmer and his herd of beloved dairy goats, Brent Ridge and Josh Kilmer-Purcell began producing soaps and cheese. As other neighbors taught them how to farm, Ridge and Kilmer-Purcell shared their city-honed skills – starting a website and Mercantile. The men began working with several other local farmers and artisans to market their goods, and the entire village came together to host seasonal festivals, which are now attended by thousands of visitors from around the globe.
