BOARD OF DIRECTORS POSITIONS
The DSIC Board of Directors consists of nine (9) members, seven (7) of which must be owners of real property within the Downtown Special Assessment District or a designated agent of a property owner. Board members are appointed by the Mayor of Schenectady and approved by the Schenectady City Council.
