CDPHP & CDTA present the Capital Region’s first bike-share program. CDPHP Cycle! offers the community a healthy and affordable mode of transportation. The program provides 160 bikes distributed among approximately 20 bike share stations in the Capital Region, including Downtown Schenectady.
