New Office Reflects Firm’s Growth in Capital Region

Albany, N.Y. – May 1, 2018– LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce that its Albany office is moving to a new location, joining the Mohawk Harbor community in July 2018. The LeChase team will occupy offices located at Two Harbor Center. The new space will allow for the office to continue to accommodate growth in the region.

“This is an exciting move for our employees and clients alike, as Mohawk Harbor reflects the ongoing development in this community,” said Neil Schiavi, LeChase vice president in Albany. “It is exciting to move into this growing development, and we look forward to continuing to serve our expanding client roster from this dynamic new office environment.”

LeChase has had a regional office in the Albany area since 2003. In addition to Two Harbor Center, the company has contributed to building a number of projects in Mohawk Harbor over the past few years including Rivers Casino & Resort, the River House waterfront apartments, Parkway Townhomes and One Harbor Center. Across the region, LeChase has additional experience in mixed-use, multi-family and hospitality projects, and has built educational and health care facilities as well as industrial/high tech projects for such clients as FAGE USA and GLOBALFOUNDRIES.

In addition to Albany, LeChase has offices across New York – in Binghamton, Buffalo, Corning, Ithaca, Rochester and Syracuse – as well as operations in Durham and Charlotte, N.C.
